More than a little PISSED with the delta hotel for the Toronto Convention in april

Ok, I've had plane tickets for a month now - but every time, and tonight was the FOURTH TIME in the last month I called and tried to make reservations with the delta hotel I was told they don't have a clue what I was talking about.

Can someone involved with the convention go over to the DELTA and DROP KICK the STUPID ASS OPERATORS they have anserwing the phone in the head cause the convention advertises a special room upgrade which the hotel says they know NOTHING about it. They also say they have no clue about the convention.

I STILL don't have a room. I hope it's warm in Toronto cause I may have to sleep in the dumpster behind the hotel in the ally.

Aaron ... Cyberpunk has been dealing with the hotel since day one .... Please do not speak on something you have no clue about what you are saying ...

This problem is one of the promotions manager and the central booking desk for Delta Hotels not having proper communications ... and is being dealt with ... Have a nice day

FUCK do I EVER HATE this delta hotel. They phoned me back today.

They DO NOT HAVE HIGH SPEED ACCESS IN THE ROOMS.
(they told me with ABSOLUTE certainty before that they did have this)

They WILL NOT give you a signature club room for $159.

Sig club rooms DON'T Have a hideabed - JUST a king bed.
They will NOT bring a cot into a Sig CLub room.

This Hotel is fucked in the head.

Sleazy Bear.... I hope you don't judge the Delta Center-ville in Montreal by your bad experience.....

My rooms are ALL Signature Club rooms - and on top of that - The Signature Club is ours exclusively including FREE contintal breakfast. All you need to use their facilities - is your room key.

dude - I stayed there last year for cybernet expo in montreal- it was awesome. EVERYTHING was as the good folks at cybernet expo said it was.
I HAD a GREAT time there with NO problems. they sent a cot up to the room with no problems. They didn't LIE to me saying their was high speed access, they were upfront and honest that it was only dial up. When I phoned the hotel to book the room they KNEW that cybernet expo was actually there for a convention.

after the EXTRA MILE that cybernet expo went for me in Vegas in NOV to get me wireless internet access I have to say I LOVE those people.
