I use both. Mostly glasses for work though.

I use disposable type contact which helps a lot. My eyes feel great longer in a fresh pair.

My eyedoctor told me to not wear anything while at the monitor.

I'm can see the monitor fine, I just won't usually go without either because I can't see anything in the room then.
