Hosthybrid now has online chat/support

Hosthybrid.com now has online chat/support.

After problems with emails, and many users not being able to send us emails, etc, we have finally installed live support on all of our techs computers.

Go to http://www.hosthybrid.com/support.php and click on live support. Someone will always be online to help you everytime. This is a lot faster than sending emails back and forth and this is just one improvement to make Hosthybrid.com a better host

Online chat operators will be able to answer pre-sales questions, sales questions and technical questions.

I know you are in the process of changing servers, but we were supposed to receive the new ips. Today I lost 50% of my traffic because of people getting DNS error messages.

When should we expect to receive the new ips?

"Live support will be available to guide you through." ?!

Hey the server move is going good. You will all receive NEW IPS tonight. Live support is there. Just a little behind cause we have 2 people online right now. Its 10:48pm here and we have over 30 people contact us..

If you notice after the server move all your pages now load super fast.

The special is still going on. Still got some spots left for the free double bandwith deal

I have a question on your pricing...

Your "Beginner" package comes with 500MB of disk space.
To add another 200MB it costs $20.00. I'm assuming this is monthly as it doesn't state otherwise.

So for only $4.99 more than that, I can setup a new account and have an extra 300MB?

It would all make sense if it was just a 1x fee to add another 200MB, but, monthly doesn't seem to make any sense.

Could you please clarify.

Also, in your terms, you state that overage fees are at $.50c/GIG, and the rest of your site says $.40c/GIG.
