Do you need a designer or someone to build the whole site and run it? I can create the design but I may not have the time to build the site or run it.

build the site from scratch - and maby run it on - depending on what you cost

i just coded a dating site and decided to run it myself.

Then you need more than a desginer, you need someone who can code that. I could but I dont have the time, and I really dont enjoy it as much as creating the design. If you dont find a guy to do it all, I can do the design.
