First of all, how long have you been with her and are you living together now?
If it is less less than a few years I'd say you should end the relationship - you should be enthralled with the person for at least 2 yrs before the fantasy phase ends
If it has been longer than 2 yrs than you are going thru a typical phase of a relationship and at 21 it makes it quite difficult to cope because you are so young and feel overwhelmed.
You made the choice of being with her. You are either going to be with her or with someone else if you are in such a serious relationship already at this age - then you are likely the type of personal that will be in relationships most of your life. So acept it now and either look at this girl and ask yourself if you can live her negative qualites and tolerate her inadequecies and be prepared to make sacrifices for her. If you think you have a pretty good package I would stick with her, otherwise it is in your best interest to get out of the relationship. Actually doing it is up to you.
And if you do break up with her and become single again remember that the first few years of being with someone is the fantasy phase and the endless fucking and 'oh my god she is so wonderful' feeling will end and your relationship will change.
It is at this point that it will live or die depending on your own personalities etc.
Again you are quite young and both of your feelings/perspectives on life WILL change.
