A new lawyer started representing me... this case will be a test for me to see if they're up to the job. It's the same lawfirm that got sex.com back to it's rightful owner. That was no trademark suit, but I'm sure these people know what they're doing.
I can take a joke, no problem. But if anybody starts an anti-hun or not-thehun site, then let it be me ;-)...
notthehun is infringing on a trademark, simple. And I HAVE to go after that... Why? Simple. If I don't it's easy to proof for other people that infringe on the trademark that "I don't care". Which means my trademark would be void if I don't protect it now.
But anyway, they're my new legal representation in the US, so I'm filling 'em in on a few details right now. By the time they're filled in I hope notthehun is down... It will save a whole lot of time...Comment

Why do there always have to be leaches that act this way and are proud of it at the same time. Man, you're acting like people think you're doing something good here. Undoubtly there will be indeed people that agree with this, but come on! Use some common sense.
If someone would do the same thing to you and you had the financial and legal ways to get this down, would you stand around and do nothing? Or would you hunt this down? I'll do the latter. I'm not even sure this is economically viable to start up a brand new portal or click-thru type site as the pyramid has grown so large and those entering at the bottom are very unlikely to see any payoff in the near future. Actually from my analysis of another site I believe the people at the bottom are coughing up dough to cover the bandwidth that the people in the middle and top are benefiting from.
Our group will discuss this and decide where we are going. I simply mentioned we are switching servers because our provider doesn't want to deal with that kind of bandwidth and/or the liability that goes along with it.
It's obvious by your emails you are a respectable person and we will handle this in a respectable businesslike manner.
