Just because it's not listed as a site on Hard Profits doesn't mean much, site might not have been added yet, or it's part of another business Hard Profits is involved in. We buy content from so many different sources, and on a few occassions we have bought content from losers who claim it is their to sell, only to find out it belongs to someone else
This has happened to me twice now, with a major flame out between me and APIC a little while ago.
I have instructed my staff to remove those videos, and to Mr. OneHungLo, I am happy to give you a free password to check out my members area to see if any of the content inside is yours as well
My only other comment is this.
If you have a gripe with me, send me an email, ICQ me. Its not as if I have ever tried to hide
1) Do a whois, as suggested by someone else and email me
2) use the customer support area on my site and send me a message
3) search GFY and find my posts with my contact details
But to jump on the board and slam me without any defence - well GFY
