We don't have ppc for our sites but we do have a program called download plus. We pay you 10cents per click and you don't lose the traffic. The surfer never leaves the page.

As long as you have the mechanism to track how many clicks, etc... I would like to discuss buying some traffic from you in the near future for my paysites.

I just don't have a server-side option to pay via click, etc.
