To cover all the blood from my bleeding heel I used some blue chalk to match the shoe... Dental floss is really strong and the sugar coating adds strength to the sewing... I have very large ankles and achilles tendon so I have to usually cut up shoes to fit me. Addidas, Nike are way too narrow, the cut of new balance doesn't work for me -- so I'm basically a tried and true Saucony guy since back in the Jazz...

I guess my first video thing is a bit too large a file.
i did something wrong.

I dont think i converet the song to mp3 or something.
It was straight off the CD.

For some reason this thing is a lot of MEGS.

I could care less about burning bandwith, but i dont think people can load it?

well get it right and put it back up. I was able to watch it this morning...but it was SLOW even on the super DSL I have.
