THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE OFFICERS TAKE AWAY YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND THEY ALSO TAKE YOUR FINGER PRINTS ONCE THEY HAUL YOU TO THE HOUSE. HARD TO ARGUE THIS.
