That's a good point. Brian Wilsocn could/can hear what he wants to hear long before it's put down, which just blows me away. A lot of the stuff he wrote was a little to weird for me, but some of the stuff on albums like Surf's Up just blow me away.Originally posted by bhutocracy

Also important in the vocalist is the the creation of the melodies that he's singing in the first place.. do you credit Brian or Carl with the beauty of "god only knows"???
