Hers what you can do, open up a US account, throw all your money in there. Once this all boils over and your happy with the rates, exchange your money.

Thats what I have to do, plus my bank charges fucking $7 PER check I change over to canadian funds

4 checks a week, is 30bucks gone, wich is a tank of gas

I think the best strategy is to segregate your business ops into USD and CDN segments so that US expenses are paid with US income and CDN expenses with canadian income...

I use the Bank of Montreal and I show up with multiple checks and they put them together, billed me one charge. Don't remember how much the charge was though. I never pay enough attention at the bank. It was from the same company though, so maybe that's why they only charged me once.
