I have two servers with Rackshack. Their prices are great, but the tech support sucks. So Rackshack is only a good idea if you're able to administer the server yourself.

I keep hearing good things about Sinhost.com.

Ideal solution would probably be that server you mentioned, plus an on-call tech to keep it managed for you. You just need an admin who will keep it updated and secure for you mostly. Shouldn't cost you too much extra for that kind of service.

Rackshack is fine but they are UNMANAGED servers and the support for them can be hit and miss sometimes. Unless you know what you are doing, I recommend getting a admin to keep it patched and maintain it for you. YOu can probably find someone to do it for you for about $50-100 per month
