Yeah, we live in the land of the free, except you can't say you want to kill the president. You can't bring toenail clippers on airplanes... etc etc..
But seriously, we shouldn't kill Bush. We have special classes for retarded kids like little georgie, and they can usually grow up to be fully functional adults.
