Well, the site looks nice. Here's what I think though. It tends to irritate users is seeing "18 pic of Veronica" and have it link to another site, not to the pics. Take a lesson from Easton's TGP, SlinkyLinks
He's got pictures of the girls on top and they go to real pictures. As a TGP, you don't have to be just taking all the time, you can give some of your own stuff too.

A menubar on top would be a nice feature for users. Let them jump to their category quickly.

I started the TGP yesterday, so i need some traffic and therefore i blind link the thumbnails to begin with.

Wurst, really nice clean TGP, good logo. But please get a new domain name, the TGP will be wasted on that name its just too long and no-one will ever rememeber it.

How about www.hardampics.com or www.hampics.com , don't know if they're available but just ideas and they're a bit more snappy.
