    IBill - ONCE AGAIN (accidental "adjustment")

    Unfuckingbelievable!

    My most recent wire from IBill (3/5/2003) will not be sent because someone made an "accidental" adjustment to my payout for over 2000 bucks. After cross-checking the numbers I found out that they DEDUCTED the check which they didn't send on 12/15/2002 (the legendary date). Yes, they paid out the missing December money for most WMs in January, but now it shows up as a negative "Adjustment" for March. Go figure!

    Here's the calculation formula:
    (Don't pay) + (delayed payout) - (deduction of delayed payout) = zero

    Anyone else have the same problem?
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

      I actually had to hire an in-house accountant just so I could work out some of the payments from iBill, and the funny things is...

      He told me today that he is finding it hard to work out how they come to some of their reconcilliations

      Our position is to know go back over all our statements and reconcile them ourlseves and "assist" iBill in getting our accounts squared away

      So my recommendation is to you. Keep a daily record of all sales and adjustments, then go to iBill direct with your concerns...

              I have one better. I used iBill for phone access for about 2 months. In that time we earned about 400$ + . We did not get a check by the second month, so we called and they informed us that phone takes a little longer because they have to collect from the phone company first. Then the guys running WorldCom decided to file chapter 11, so at the end of the second month we had not gotten a check, we stopped using them. within 15 day we started using website billing for phone and got the first check in 2 weeks...

              We started chasing iBill around for the payment and we were being told that we had to wait for the phone comapany to pay first. finally one call we were told that the first check for 84 dollars had been mailed to us and we should get it shortly. 4 weeks later after not getting the check we contacted them and they stated that it had been returned. And that they would mail it out again in 6 weeks. IF we paid them 30$ to cancel the first check!!!We decided that we would just right the money off and forget it.

              Two weeks ago we got the 84$ check in the mail. It was dated November 15 2002. We got it on March 5 2003! It had a 90 day valid time limit.

              This is the type of business that they run! Shitty
              If you want to really know how they do things, they interviewed my wife for the webmaster position for their web site getapiece.com but later told her that they were using someone internally. That was 2 years ago. The site is still not finished!!! Not really even started.!!!

                  We stopped doing web900 we werent getting paid for it so what is the point . I also agree about their accounting alot of it doesnt make sense.
