I agree with the majority here. You will probably never get rid of the smell 100%. I have tried every product and remedy you can think of from enzymes to old fashioned methods and that smell always lingers.

My buddies new house reaks of cat urine in his utility room where the previous owner had the litter box. The smell is part of the concrete and just wont go away.

Try a few different things. Flip the mattress over and head to toe (if its the type of mattress that isnt one sided) and maybe you will be able to live with it.
