Well if you want her back you two have to talk. If you know she is insecure and your flirting bothers her then you have to tone it down. IMO trust and communication are the two most important things in a relationship.
If she is seeing someone long-distance it sounds like a rebound from the hurt she is feeling between you two. Gotta sit her down and have a talk bro
