Hmm. I'd be happy if yahoo ban e-mails that come from chineese IPs or contain links to chineese sites. 90% of spam comes like that. I can ban it on my own server, but I have an old yahoo account and can't just abandon it, there is too much connected to it.
Have to stress that 50% of that spam originates from comcast, aol and other US providers anyway. They only use chineese proxies to send spam and bp hostings to host spamvertized sites.
Also, a lot of br (Brasilian) proxies/hostings used for spam poped up recently.
I hate it. I abuse every spam message I get and the flow is still increases every day. When someones really pisses me off, I place a hotlink to their site somewhere on the pages with heavy traffic. It helps in many cases, because those Russian/Chineese hostings are expencive, and 10-20Gbytes of daily traffic can be a real pain. They contact me then and remove all my mails from their lists... But I can't hotlink every little asshole. Pity I'm not like Hun. Then it would be a real fun.
