i had 20 on one hand, then double up a 10 and puller a 9 so 19,

What casino in what city? I guess what I'm driving at is what are the rules where you play? I maybe could recommend some good books with easy count systems but if you're playing at a shit casino with an eight deck shoe that they cut at 2 1/2 decks(like here in Seattle) all systems are pretty much useless and you just gotta stick to basic strategy and have a good betting system. they cut and re cut the deck like 8 times each shuffle, a machine would have trouble tracking the shuffle count

I know how you feel.Just gotta bet smart and play basic. What else can you do when casinos are that fucking chickenshit? Besides hit the crap tables? Unfortunately, most of the casinos in Washington only have card games. Indian casinos are the only ones allowed craps, roulette and slots. And fuck roulette and slots. If I wanted to give my money away I'd pay taxes.

You should learn to play! Better odds than an eight deck shoe. I know you'd like it. The table makes it look intimidating but once you learn the only bets you should ever make (pass line and odds) it's fuckin' easier than blackjack and LOTS of fun.Originally posted by MetaMan
