Back when I was into law, the firm I worked for had 99% Korean clients, so we had to make a presence in Korea town. A few times a month we would have a night on the town which would start off at a Korean bar for drinks, then to a Korean BBQ for dinner, and usually went afterwards to a Korean karaoke bar.
Very high tech, where they had systems that would track how close you were able to stay with the beat/tempo/rhythm of the song.
Trust me when I say, you do not want to listen to a drunken Korean try to sing a song in English.
Friends don't let drunken friends sing karaoke
