Anyone know the pro's and con's of this method and if it is safer or more dangerous than the other methods? Any help would be appreciated.

There is a really *high* risk that she'll lose all feeling in her nipples.
Dunno about you, but that's enough to make me never do it.
If her boobs need to be lifted at all, they take the nipple OFF, tuck the breast up, and then sew the nipple back on.
Nerves don't come along with that ride.
Even if she's not getting lifted, there's still a huge chance that they'll brush up against the nerves during the surgery and do irrepairable damage.
