I got some more shit to forward to you that I just noticed now...

I had tried to cancel the 14inch trial when i first learned of it but it would not let me since the trial did not officially begin (i couldnt even access the site 14inch anyway with the un/pw, and since it wouldnt let me cancel, i thought i wasnt going to get billed).

ANd then yesterday I see I was billed for the trial.

Now I go look at my emails and I realize i have 6, not 4, but 6 cancellation emails. So Im wondering what the other two are, and low and behold they are cancellation emails from the first two times i tried to cancel but the website said it didnt (because it still reflected as active in the account)..... SO I have two emails that say it was cancelled yet your software or whatever the fucking hell still charged me for that shit. Until I was able to try and cancel it for a 3rd time.

So those emails are on the way for you to review.

Do explain. Im interested in how this could have happened?

I was NOT on the paysites cancellation page, I was at PAYCOMs cancellation page where it list ALL my transactions. This is where it wouldnt even let me cancel for one of these sites correctly, I was still billed for it, yet I received 3 ( that says THREE) cancellation emails saying it was.

so WHAT THE FUCK.

All I wanna know is how long they have been offering two trails at a atime on the join page (as in the pic above) with the red highlighted 'new members' shit looking like that - cuz when I joined it did not look like that (there wasnt even a grey background to it from what i remember, because i know it didnt 'jump out' at me like the one in the pic does). I wanna know how long its looked like that, and if they offer one on option on some sites and two on others. Paparazzi can maybe back me up, or , prove me wrong for what I saw, if he has a good memory.

For all I know this two option thing was implemented at the very second the server was processing my order and somehow two trials got put on by accident. Shit like that could happen.

If it took so much trouble to cancel one trial, which didnt even cancel right the first two times i tried, what the FUCK is to say that other shit aint fucked up thats tacking extra trials on peoples shit?

true, I should have been a little calmer, but I did call them up and the conversation with the rep wasnt satisfying.

I dont know how the fuck I missed two trial options. I never miss checkboxes... they are my peev... I always make sure they are not checked by default, I know the deal. I just dont understand how I missed this if in fact the trial offers were presneted like that for some time now.

I used an aol addy when i joined, so i forwarded everything from there - and aol doesnt have such feature unless you are sending to other aol people.
