    So, besides the war...

    what is the big news story in your area? On a bit of war overload and interested in whatelse is happening around the world that might not make the big news.

    In the UK we have a teenager and a cop that ran away together, the Cricket World Cup and the new congestion charge in London.

              I think they are making too much of this one. Fair enough, she's young and he should have known better but its not like it was a kidnapping or abuse or anything. Just goes to show that other than all this war bullshit, there isn't too much else going on.

              I'm curious...Sarah do you have any idea how much they are increasing your council tax this year? We're in East Sussex and they are jacking ours up by 19.6%!!

                                          yeah, I think too much is made of it too. Okay, it was dramatic at the start with the car being found in the water so I can understand following it. However, if she went on her own it wasn't like he kidnapped her.

                                          Council tax..i'm not sure ours exactly but I know nearby croydon has some insane hike nearish to yours.

                                              One day cricket I can just about enjoy cause it is faster...the big multiday test matches drive me crazy. Hubby loves them though.
