if somebody told you his gross revenues grew by 10% last year, would you think he had a good or a bad year? NO IDEA! Unless you know by what %age the overall market grew.

If 38% of that guys revenue is from rebills what does that tell us? Does he have One time non-recurring memberships? How old are their websites (3 months or 3 years with a big member base?) etc. etc. etc.
