Netmeeting is free and it's already installed on your computer if you have XP.
Just go under start menu then choose "run" and type "conf" then press "ok".
I think it's the best for videoconferencing.Comment

I don't think that animal exists, but I am just about finished a custom software system that will. Ties in with Paycom, Free chat /Private chat affiliate system you name it.... all custom...

Paltalk is pretty good..
Lots of nekkidness in the adult area.. Lots of rooms and categories..
Great for one on one vid chat too.. Super voice chat quality.
