ZOOTED will pay.... next year?

Do anyone receive checks from zooted since december?

i received this mail 2 weeks ago... still no check in da box....

I'm inclined to trust Jonas from Zooted to pay up. I've been dealing with him since 98 and he's always been a straight up guy. Notice he didn't bullshit and fuck around, he came right out and admitted they were behind.

Zooted is one the best gay programs. They have been paying on time for years and this is the first late payment in the history of the program. I have personally done lots of business with Zooted and I know I will be paid. These guys are very solid. As Soul_Rebel said, shit can happen to anyone.

Well, i'm waiting now..... But i think they could send a mail to their webmasters in order to inform them.

I know i will not find any best gay programm anywhere ( 0$ for 3 days trial is excellent for marketing ) but i also like to be pay on time.

The fine part is interesting though given the current VISA clamp down and changes and the fact it was before any of that happened. Makes you wonder if it was chargeback related or if not why it happened as in theory it's now easier than ever to get fined by the card companies.

hello. we usually don't come to this board, but it was brought to my attention via email. So first, i would like to apologize for any delay in responding.

I would also like to thank loyal webmasters, friends for coming to our defense. Also, it would have been nicer to have emailed our company first before going straight to a board. And anyone that has emailed us, we have filled them in on our current situation. which is:

Yes, we are behind. We have been in this business since 97 and have been paying on time since 98. Now, for the first time in our long history, we have experienced an obstacle, which we will overcome, just will take us a little longer then expected. The problem we are having is that , yes we were fined by Mastercard for going over the allowed chargeback rate for oct2001 - march 2002. we unfortunately didn't get fined till many months later. Unexpected also. Since, of course our cb rate on Visa and Mastercard has been below the allowed rate and we shuold not be fined ever again. Now, a big chunk of change is unfortunately being held by one of our international banks. Not because we did anything wrong, but because they decided to get out of the adult processing business and have unfortunately for us taken for fuckin ever to release our funds. (an ongoing battle).....

Now, will everyone be paid, yes. will it take us a little more time to get back on track, yes. We hope that our loyal webmasters stick through this, but like any business, we understand that everyone needs to be paid (and on time) and if that means leaving us, we hate to see you go, but we can't blame you.

True - our program has done well for many people. It still does. We use all incoming money to pay webmasters and at the same time keep our members happy. we are in the process of paying off periods 128 - 129 and should be sending out periods 130 - 131 at the end of next week.

Now, we hope that this answers some concerns. Any future concerns, questions, etc... can be emailed to us.
all emails are always answered.

Welcome on board Jonas, I'm sure webmasters understand the situation. You have many loyal affiliates and your sites really rock. I have seen some of the members areaa and I do know you put a lot of effort and money on them. Your honest response is really appreciated as already mentioned.

once again, thank you to everyone for coming to our defense.

Serge - thank you for the offer.

Nico - once again, thank you for constantly posting and not emailing us. We sent our peroids 128 and 129 and currently working on getting out half of periods 130 and 131. The rest of 130 and 131 shall go out next week. Unfortunately we still have not received our money from our international processor. But any money that comes in, goes out right away to zooted webmasters. all without my partner and I getting paid.

As for chargebacks, we have always credited our customers, etc... No need for us to even go there and debate.

Thanks again for the support and we wil get through this. We are doing our best to resolve this. thank you!
