Actually its the drug companies that are against it and have spent millions demonizing and lobbying against the legalization of marijuana. Marijuana is a natural substance and therefore no company can hold a patent for it. They stand to lose millions a year on their synthetic versions of THC if it ever became legal.Comment

i think they have tried to legalize it a few years ago in oregon.. where they said you could grow like 5 plants maximum at a time.. and people started growing tuns of it and they made it illegal again.. 99% sure.. so it's not the problem with the bud.. they just won't be able to tax it and people will have their backyards full of bud plantsComment
