I only ever shutdown when absolutely necesary like when doing hardware work on the system. It is extremely hard on power supplies and capacitors when you start a computer. If I need to get a fresh boot I just nail the reset button with my pinkie. It's a nice soft warm reboot. Most systems actualy intermittently kill the 12 volt to reset. This doesn't. Gotta love a properly configure bios
