I'm on the other side of the planet to Candid, and I find the easiest way for a reboot is to call them...
surely you can't be that broke... it's only a couple of bucks to phone them
I know what you're saying though, if it's not urgent just send an email.. I agree, but if it's critical and something's broken, well why not call them, it's quicker.
