    Cheating sponsor's?

    Ok attention served, considering todays legal enviroment, the scope we are under from the powers the be, and of course the fact that in the US a minor can not be held liable for a contract unless signed by ones parents.

    Should sponsors require that all affiliates age verify themselves before they are allowed to promote and or see any affiliate content?

    Or are sponsors just blind enough to not care that they are not only giving them hardcore adult content, but paying them to recruit and use it?
    Plus on a side note if an underaged affiliate broke a sponsors TOS and was owed some serious cash gained against the TOS (contract) and the sponsor refused to pay, are they not liable to be required to pay since that affiliate was not legally able to enter into a contract in the first place?

              How would you verify age ?

              Most sponsors have it clearly stated in the T.O.S. that you must be of legal age. Thats about the same as most adult sites.

              This topic is the same for adult sites as it is for affiliates, its impossible to verify age. ( yes read that again ).

              Until we have some sort of worldwide brain chip implant , its entirely impossible to verify age , only to require that the user has read the T.O.S.

              I would like to hear your opinion on how the sponsors would, "require that all affiliates age verify themselves before they are allowed to promote and or see any affiliate content?" ?.

              Sending in your i.d. isnt going to help as its impossible to verify i.d. from every country in the world with any accuracy at all.

              Its the same dillema that the laws are running into right now with adult porn sites, there is no known way to verify people's age , only to require that they read and digitally sign an agreement that they are of age. Every sponsor i have seen does exactly this. ( remember that little check box you clicked but never read the little words that went along with it )

                          They would have to devise a plan that works for every country, not just the US to verify age. If this were possible, AVS programs wouldn't be an endangered species or extinct today.

                              easy solution, invite only, if not invited, an application to be filed that includes a set amount of references from reputable people
