Got Ripped off I think.

Ok here is the deal I purchased a Olympus E20 camera from a dude here on GFY this was almost a month ago. I sent the money via western union to canada. I have been trying for nearly a month now to get the tracking # for a package that was suppose to be sent next day mail. all I get are cant find it. I will look in the morning. its at my work etc.

What routes should I be taking to correct this and get what I bought or put him in jail.

I have his address and a telephone#. and im thinking about calling the police dept where he lives and file charges. I documented everything he said to me so I have records as do I have records of him personally picking up the western union payment.

anything else you can suggest?

Problem is being rectified. I have spoken with dolla (david) and he is indeed making everything right he sent me a tracking # for a next day air fedex. so he is making good on our deal. apparently the package was returned because the customs form was not filled out. entirely understandable

so in anycase looks like everything is cool here with me and david.

ok Just letting everyone know the update. I did get the camera today as well as the flash and everything was in perfect condition. david foote is indeed a standup guy and did come through.
