sponsor that doesn't want to pay

Hello. I was promoting this sponsor since August. Got my August, September, October and December* checks. I did not get my November check.

They changed their rules at the end of December, and posted the news on their site and changed their terms on 27th or 28th. They started to accept traffic from just a few countries (they were paying for all traffic). They "filtered" the december logs, removing all the traffic from other countries, and sent the checks just for the traffic coming from these few countries.
It's not a common business practice, since we're not warned about this before, but "OK".

I'm trying to contact them since January (email and ICQ) to get my $2,031.13 november check. After many days, they said they would send the november check and were sorry about this confusion and the late payment BUT they would pay just for the traffic from these countries.

They did not send ANY emails or posted any info about this on their site before December 27th or 28th (when the november checks should have been sent). I asked some other webmasters promoting them and they did not get any email about this in november too.

I'm not happy with this and I lost my patience. Damnit !

you guys still really dont understand that that krome guy is a robber..no one is getting paysites...dont you see....no one will get shit from him..been almost 6 months for him to get things together all anyone gets is lies and more lies..i would love to see someone get something out of him but i dont see it

We all got screwed at some point by some sponsors. Just ask the CJ guys about those dialer proggies that went bust left and right two years ago, and what about all those PPC that would always tell you the check is the mail or got lost. It is best to lick your wound and move on.

I'm getting screwed by sponsors since 1997 (or 98), but this particular sponsor sent me 4 checks. I'm just missing one and they don't want to pay me in full for my novermber earnings... so I'll keep using this as my signature till they pay me OR I get something better to use as my sig.

Did you get paid in FULL for your november traffic ?

I WAS very happy with them till november, when I got their october check. Then no november payment, but I got my december check. And then no january check. I can't be very happy with them... and they aren't answering my e-mails and ICQ messages.

I didn't get my payment yet. Yesterday I found Brian (BCamp) online on ICQ so I asked him to send "at least" my filtered traffic november payment + january payment. He said "I'll check into your account". I don't believe I'll get a check, but I'll keep you guys posted about this.

If we don't fight against "scammers", they'll keep making money and screwing other webmasters.

UCBill, I hope you send my honest traffic payments... or I'll keep bumping this thread.
