Make one that just says boneprone or somethin that I can fit in across the chest on a models shirt.

and maybe a small 4-life below it in the corner.
Remeber its a t-shirt so the backgorund colors and the logo should contrast more so it can be seen in a photo.

That would look nice on a shirt, Being able to have the reader clearly see the message is most important since the model is going to be the main image the person is looking at, you want the lettering to stand out.

This one is my favorite so far... maybe w/ slightly different colors... Only problem for T-Shirts is the resolution has to be SUPER high... I'm not a pro on the subject but I'd imagine a vector based process would look much nicer than zapping a JPEG onto fabric...
