    Does PSW billing still have a merchant account?

    According to other threads PSW has stopped processing rebills in the last week or so. I only have a small number of remaining users via PSW but I was able to clearly see that some rebills have been missed.

    I checked and they seem to be accepting initial transactions, although I'm limited to MC/JCB only and I don't have a card to test the actual transaction with.

    Anyone have any more info on this latest issue?

          We're a US client and there hasn't been any transactions the last week,
          there's normally lots of rebills each day.....

          So most likely they've lost it....

          They owe us some thousand $'s.......

              You're probably right Darren, I won't lose too much money as I stopped processing initial transactions with them about 9 months ago, so the number of users slowly dwindled down to the small list under PSW now.

              The funny thing is (sad funny) that most of the people left are the guys who are gold - they've been rebilling for ages. One has been a member for 16 months. I hope they'll be happy to sign up again if PSW dies. Then again, for someone who has rebilled that long I would probably give him a pat on the back and 3 months complimentary access...

                  It's not completely clear from your wording, are you processing rebills only or are you also missing initial transactions? Have you tried a test signup to see what happens?
