Let's have some fun with Burger King...

Let's all go get hired at Burger King, and then not show up for the first day of work.

    Who's in?

show more respect for fast food workers. Youll probably be one in a couple years.

I think about doing shit like this all the time. Or how about going to interviews and putting your feet on the guys desk and pulling out a flask or a bong.

            Funny shit.

Sorry man, I just can't respect you.

I used to work in the fast food industry.. and have since moved FAR beyond. I couldn't take a 1000% cut in pay to go back. LOL

Better still, taking out a Big Mac and asking the guy if he wants a bite.

Fuck that. I would not degrade myself enough to go to an interview at BK in the first place. I was referring to a more professional type of place.

I was living with a girlfriend right out of high school. She wanted me to change jobs so she was always looking in the paper for the perfect job for me. There was a crappy electronics assembly job at Allied Signal and she basically forced me to go to their little job fair. She actually rode with me to make sure I went.

When we got there, she waited in the car and I went in. I wasn't happy but I was there so I decided to have a little fun. I filled out the application fairly honestly except I wrote down that I was in 'nam for my military experience (I was BORN in 1975) and under "Special Skills" I said that I was able to move large objects using only the power of my mind.

The best part is they hired me. It turned out to be a great job. I was there for a couple of years. I ended up making about $15/hr at 18 years old which was better than any of my friends were doing.
                          I like pie.

I hear those restaurants are kinda profitable.

Maybe I'll buy one and hire the lot of you.

You'd be surprised how good 'McDonalds' looks like on a resume, most of you don't know how much they make you work your ass off...

i used to own a fast food franchise (Dunkin Donuts). What a nightmare dealing with the employees. It took years off of my life trying to get kids to even show up for their shifts or care to do a good job. I had to sell after 5 years as I would otherwise have had a massive coronary by now if I kept it.
