I can suggest two alternative ways for that...
*If you have Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop you can print the web page to a pdf document then open that in photoshop as a bitmap.
*If you have Office 2003 you can print that page with it's image printer driver but that would resut as a monochrome tiff..
