I've never heard of anyone getting scammed by Yambo so I don't think they are in business to steal peoples money.

I don't use Yambo, but I looked into it when it first launched and decided against going any further with them once I noticed the many english errors on their site. I don't think they're scammers though.

i've never even heard of them so i'm not getting invovled in this thread. but checking the uk company register it shows this as uk address:
