I live outside the US. I'm not an American citizen, and I have no bank accounts in the US.

So while it would suck to see the US Gov crack down on porn, I'm not too worried. The biggest pain in the ass would be if I had to move my hosting, but I already know where I can get excellent hosting in Canada for $0.40/gb so I'm not too concerned.

The most I could see happening anytime soon is the Bush administration decides to bust some sites just to scare the industry into cleaning up its act....and if they decided to bust some sites they probably wouldn't choose mine since I'm not American.

I do 99.9% softcore nudes. Even if a major players gets deemed obscene, I would have quite a bit of time before "naked girls" was cracked-down upon.

I'm in the same boat with you. I have used softcore pictures for quite a long time now only because they always converted better for me. I would hate to see the feds crack down on sites that cater to the hardcore crowd but if they do I won't be going anywhere. Not for that reason anyway.
