            You're suffering from TMGFCS (Too Much Goddamn Free Content Syndrome). It's not going to get them to sign up, well, not anyone who's been on the net more than 17 minutes and hasn't already gotten through the first four hun listings.



            Your text could use a little work too, make it more seductive and they'll click. Also really think about the sponsor you're pushing and the content you're using to push it with. I would have chosen a blondes or babes site to push her with vs an amateur site.

                            My best advise to you is pick a different niche. Ive never had any luck with teen/amateur content. Too much competition. Switch over to Asian, Latina, Ebony, Mature, Movies, Pornstars or whatever floats your boat - pick something specific. Once you pick a niche, study it as much as possible. Find out what works for you. Search for tgp's that only post galleries specialized in that niche, dont just submit to the main broad tgps.

                                    Yeah, and use a sponsor with console free tours. That way, if the surfer is not interested about the paysite, when he closes the page, he will see your previously opened page behind.

                                                                                Here's Lenny's free gallery advice for the day.
                                                                                You're using the word free too much. That used to work back in the day when free was rare, but everyone says free now so I think most TGP surfers ignore it. Try using sales text that tells the surfer what's unique about the site you're selling, and how its different and stands out from all of the other crap he's joined before.
                                                                                Shit like free membership or 100,000 pics or 1000gigs of MPEGS just doesn't pull the clicks anymore. You need to find a "hook", an angle that you use to sell a site from.

                                                                                The eye moves from left to right, not up and down. Think about that for awhile. Once you grasp that concept it will multiply your sales exponentially.

                                                                                                                        Lenny & Gothweb are giving you good advice here. No one is going to hold your hand and show you EXACTLY how to do it though.

                                                                                                                        To be blunt, your text sucks. Plus, they aren't even links.

                                                                                                                        Now I'll be a bit nicer and tell you a hint - a surfer can get to the last pic on your gallery, view it, hit the back button, and never even see your bottom link, assuming that he doesn't just close the browser anyway.

                                                                                                                        Finally, if you are intent on TGPing, pay more attention to what seems to be selling. TGP's can be GREAT money makers if you can figure out the game. I did - second hint - promote sites that aren't overexposed and commercial.

Maybe its the war maybe its the markets maybe its just the shit weather we are having in the USA. who the fuck knows.
                                                                                                                                My advice is to keep thinking positive and keep trying come up with some new ideas something that is different from most of the other sites out there. Oh and if you want some quality content give http://www.legalpictures.com a buzz. I have e-mailed the owner about your situation and i am sure he can work out a deal to get you some quality images for free.

                                                                                                                                        the market is SATURATED. you must go in a different direction.

                                                                                                                                        the surfer signup is more and more content driven. the surfer now wants a more personal, emotional contact for a monthly recurring membership. which means you must get into the surfer's head a little bit...talk to him (her), write motivating copy, understand the demographics of your market.

                                                                                                                                        create unique, high quality content. do not even look at how others do it, otherwise it won't be unique.

                                                                                                                                        and then market it yourself, without affiliates.

                                                                                                                                        constantly test and tweak, appeal to people that can actually buy your product. the surfers with money have broadband---give them high quality big files.

                                                                                                                                        and you will make it in this business, if you pay attention to the market and work hard, and have some natural talent. if you do not have talent then all bets are off.

                                                                                                                                        the signups will increase by 50% as soon as the war nears a successful conclusion.
