                  naw, it's kinda like a test.

                  If they can jump on here and wage war with a previous customer, surely they can answer questions for an inquiring one.

                      That doesn't seem fair. They are okay guys, but I imagine they spend more time monitoring their servers, and answering the phone and ICQ, than watching the boards.
