WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IT DOES
PornBot is the web's premier thumbnail gallery search engine. It is truly unique. PornBot's database contains links to over 1 million images and 125,000 movies in over 75,000 galleries. Unlimited amount of new galleries can be continuously added. PornBot's unique feature is the inclusion of thumbnail preview, title, description and the number of other galleries and the number of images/movies of on the same site, as well as the date of gallery's indexing, enabling users to save time by previewing the content of galleries beforehand.

WHY ARE WE SELLING IT
We are selling it because we're not adult webmasters but programmers. We worked on the project from the start with intent to sell it, not to run it ourselves. We do not have contacts in the adult webmaster community (which are necessary to form
business relationships), and we don't have the know-how necessary to quickly succeed in this business. Most importantly we don't have the desire to enter adult business since we're focused on our mainstream projects and have embarked on this
project because we realized it would be very unique and profitable.

EASE OF USABILITY AND ADMINISTRATION -- PORNBOT COMPONENTS

HOMEPAGE
Homepage consists of 4 main sections: search box, sex news section, daily galleries, top searches.
'Sex news' section contains headline links to various quirky sex stories.
'Daily galleries' section contains galleries of various sponsors that are automatically rotated daily. You can signup with a sponsor and any upsells generated will be credited to PornBot.
'Top searches' section lists top searches performed by users. They're tracked and updated in real time.
These features increase PornBot's "freshness" and "stickiness" and encourage return visitors.

SEARCH AND SEARCH RESULTS
PornBot's search is unparalleled in its accuracy and speed. At the same time, search interface is logical and userfriendly.
Search allows users to search by various types of queries -- 'or', 'and', 'phrase', and 'exact match'. User can choose to search only image galleries, only movie galleries, or both types of galleries. Also galleries can be filtered by time of indexing -- last 3, 7, 30, 90 days or last year.
5 search results are displayed per page. Search results display matching galleries in the order of their addition to the database with more recently added galleries displayed first.
Each search result contains a thumbnail preview of the first thumb of gallery's series, gallery title, description and the number of other galleries and the number of images/movies of on the same site, as well as the date of gallery's indexing.
Users can bookmark each search.
Clicking on a search result listing will open that gallery in a new window.
Page navigation is located at the bottom of search results.
An "x galleries on this site" link below gallery search summary means that a site contains multiple galleries. Clicking this link will list all of these galleries.

SPIDER
PornBot's unique spider searches for and indexes galleries, automatically excluding galleries with little content, broken links, pop-ups, redirects, illegal material (bestiality, etc). Spider can index approximately 2,000 galleries per hour.
Spider takes a snapshot of the first thumb of gallery's series, compresses it so its maximum size 100x100 pixels. This keeps thumb previews under 3 kb. Thumb preview images are stored in PornBot's database, therefore they're available even if a gallery itself is temporarily down.
PornBot also continuously checks the validity of the galleries already in the database, eliminating nonexistent galleries.
Spider control center provides a convenient way for a webmaster to spider galleries. See

Spider is started by clicking "Start Spider" link.
URLs of galleries' locations can be easily added simply by typing them in and clicking "Add" button.
Scanning can be done at 3 levels.
Level 1 -- url is a gallery.
Level 2 -- url is a page with links to galleries
Level 3 -- url is a page with links to another page with links to galleries .
"Data from database" shows the number of galleries/image/movies in real time as they are indexed.
"Status" of the spider is either 'ready' or 'working' (when it's indexing).
"Last scan" indicates the time a particular page was scanned.

ADMIN MODULE
Administrator can manage various aspects of PornBot through this module.
One of the important ones is managing gallery listings in the database.
Admin can delete galleries by date of indexing, by url (http://pornbot.net/screens/admin/deletebyurl.jpg),
and by host
(http://pornbot.net/screens/admin/deletebyhost.jpg).
Galleries can be sorted alphabetically, by the date of indexing, by the number of images/movies in a gallery, and by the number of clicks to a gallery.
Database status page (http://pornbot.net/screens/admin/gallerystatus.jpg) allows administrator to manage gallery listings and delete duplicate galleries. URL field indicates the number of galleries that have the same url. The number is always 0 since the spider automatically filters such galleries.
'Preview images' field identifies the number of duplicate galleries, which although have a different url, are in fact the same. This is an extremely useful feature since most galleries are submitted to various TGPs with the only thing different being reciprocal links. This feature eliminates all duplicate galleries and leaves one unique gallery of that particular series. This is done by comparing certain characteristics of thumb preview images.
Keyword statistics can be viewed as well. For more about that view PPC information further below.

This module provides detailed analysis of traffic on PornBot.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE MONEY
That's where PornBot's uniqueness and potential become apparent.
We see 2 unique ways that you can use PornBot to make money (although there are probably many more).

In addition to its many unique features PornBot has an exceptional one -- it can be not just a search engine but a pay per click search engine. The unique PPC system allows advertisers to bid on keywords just like on any other adult search engine.
However, instead of listing websites they have to list galleries, which allows users to sample the kind of content offered
before visiting the actual site. This is perfect for paysites that want to showcase their content and get targeted traffic,
as well as for regular gallery submitters who want to cut down on bandwidth charges and improve their signup ratios. For
advertisers there's no minimum amount required to open an account, and all payments are made automatically through paypal.

PPC listings appear as the top search result on each page. The other four listings per page are used to display regular search results. So for example, if there're 5 bids for keyword "amateurs" PPC search results will appear as listings 1, 6, 11, 16, 21 from the highest to the lowest bid. This enables visitors to continuously see fresh recently added galleries, and prevents the first several rankings occupied by the same advertisers. At the same time it offers maximum exposure for advertisers whose listings appear at the top of search pages.

A very useful PPC feature already integrated is Affiliates module which would allow other sites -- TGPs, link lists, etc to place PornBot search box on their sites and receive whatever amount PornBot administrator sets (50% for example) from the amount bidded by an advertiser for every click made by a surfer from an affiliate's site. Affiliates will be automatically paid through depositing funds to their paypal accounts.
So for example a visitor from an affiliate's site does a search on "teens" and clicks on 10 search result galleries, 2 of which are PPC listings (1 for 10c/click, and another 8c/click). Affiliate would receive .5 x(10+8) = 5c + 4c = 9c from that one search performed by that particular visitor.

Another way to use PornBot is to use its uniqueness to build up traffic through traffic trading. Traffic trading script can be easily integrated with search results and would allow skimming -- for example 80% of clicks generated through search result listings would go to real galleries, while another 20% to trading partners. PornBot's uniqueness, and original features like sex news and daily galleries that increase its "stickiness", will guarantee rapid buildup of the traffic base and very good productivity of traffic.
Under this option possible ad revenue could be generated by selling ad spots in search results and gallery top frames.

Obviously, there're probably other numerous ways to make money with PornBot that webmasters can come up with.

TGPs do not own the galleries that are listed on them. These galleries are owned by people who make them. So nobody is "stealing" anything. Since how can something be stolen from TGPs that does not belong to them in the first place?
Also, it is very unlikely that gallery makers would object to have their galleries listed on PornBot and receive traffic that is of far better quality than on your average TGP.
Hun has objections to people stealing his descriptions of galleries. And he's absolutely correct since it probably takes a lot of time to come up with original descriptions for galleries he receives like "MMF threesome of midget clowns getting it on".

That is your opinion, and you're certainly entitled to it BUT..
First, "will most likely turn out to be freeloading surfers" is a very hypothetical statement. What kind of surfers you have depends on what your traffic sources are.
Second, it's not a TGP, it's a search engine. You open a TGP main page and start clicking away on various gallery links. With PornBot a visitor needs to make an effort to FIND what he's looking for. This requires some EFFORT.
So if you're an advertiser, especially in some niche, say shemales, the only way a visitor will be able to find galleries in that category is if he searches for them. Therefore, from the point of view of an advertiser he will receive very QUALIFIED traffic that is interested in the content like the advertiser's.

Also, you'd have no control of whomever you sold the site to unless you only licensed it out, which would be kind of dumb..

I know gallery owners may not mind the extra traffic, but some do because it is their bandwidth being used. They submit to a certain site usually because they can convert that traffic.

Well your dead wrong. The Hun even admitted as much. The Huns whole database is copywritable, You cant just copy it exactly as he displays it, but there is nothing to stop you from taking as many links as you want and displaying them in a different format.
