Sounds like a tracking error. Epoch stats are fine. Get with your sponsor and see if your code is being tracked properly.

If you can give me some specific information to look into we'll be happy to do so. As it is, Epoch stats and tracking are fine and you did not provide enough info to investigate or even define the problem.
Our tech guys actually ran a test on Mark's Cash and it was successful.

todays stats works , its always the day after that dont show up
i will have to wait until tomorrow to see yesterday stats
this makes me wonder if there is other stuff not working

Conversions are great for us with Epoch.
No problems whatsoever.
Maybe ya'll just need to try using some different free content

So, you're looking at the stats provided to you by the sponsor. Correct? Depending on how they track or pull their stats they are either near real time or daily roll up. You would need to ask your sponsor to know for sure.Originally posted by GoLiaT

Sponsors not using Epoch's new DataPlus feature might want to look in to it because it is a push of data to their MySql DB every 15 minutes and provides every stat you would ever want.
As for your "other stuff" comment, I sincerely hope your not trying to start something without something more concrete than a thought based on nothing.

The turn-around varies but it's not 3 weeks. The turn-around is getting better and in the meantime you can still take MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and ACH.
Let me know if I can do anything to help.
