1. How did you get it? by Fedex?

2. From what address did Epassport send these cards?

All they sent me were instructions on how to make one out of cereal packets, sticky back platic and old washing-up liquid bottles. Took me a while and I had to get my Father to cut the shapes out as the scissors were too sharp for me but it seems to work ok now!

Cards usually go out U.S. mail.

I'm not positive, but I believe the cards come directly from the company that manufactures the card. If it's important I can find out. Why do you ask?

Mine came by regular US mail. What I do not like a about epassporte is that I think when you try to load money from your cc to your account, it treats the transaction like a ATM withdrawel. So if you have a $300 day limit on the card, then you have to wait at least 24 hours before you can load again. Also I have been trying to pay someone for days and I keep getting a transaction failed message. I have payed this guy before thru epassporte so I know he has a account. But yeah epassporte sucks. And it costs more to use than paypal.

I for one am excited to see the whole epassporte concept. I don't know too much about it but that's going to change.

The most important thing to remember is that this is the BEGINNING. We're on Epassporte V1.0 at this point. That means (usually) that it's ready for the but it may have some quirks. I believe it's a matter of time before they get fixed, and I am more than willing to ride it out through the bad times (as long as they don't get TOO bad).

But keep in mind that this is really the first attempt to FINALLY make an adult friendly transaction model. The importance of this goes beyond your realization. We're looking at a banking type structure that WANTS to process our transactions! Finally we're on the same side as the processing channel!

My belief is that generally anything that gives Joe Surfer a way to pay for memberships on my sites is good.

And you buying my content is also good.

Actually I just found out they are freezing some Romanian accounts until they prove their CC are legit. Several guys I am trying to pay have their accounts temorarily frozen.

i'm from switzerland,my account is frozen with $900 aswell.
(and i got only money from one us-webmaster)

i got the blocked-mail from epassporte 2.5 days ago...i mailed rand yesterday...
but this costumerservice don't responded so far to request any identity-proof or anything....just no answer for two and a half day...

a bit of security is fine,but just freeze accounts out of the blue is not this good.

I had no probs with them, my electron card works, my virtual too. It's flashcash, who sucks(frozes realtime payments without reason, then defrozes it, then soes not sent money because of technic reason...)

I think their system becomes high sensitive when account holders located in high risk zones try to use their accounts for receiveing higher amounts of money from other Epassporte users.

Freezing accounts with suspicious activity, is a necessary security messure, which if neglected would create an enourmous security breach in their system.

East european carders won't hesitate too much until they will speculate any potential weaknes of Epassporte in their own interest.

Epassporte would be a gold mine for them, everything a carder has ever dreamed - Instant cash from fraud.

Imagine a scam who has an epassporte account, a big list of CC's, and the know-how for using them. He could withdrawn thousands of dollars untill Epassporte will close his account.

And after they will finally do this, the scam will find other compatriot to use as account holder and money receiver for continuing his "bussiness". Russia is very very big!
