Scam Artist - Teleteria

Just wanted to post a message to anyone out there that is thinking of doing any work with a company based in NYC (and offices in CT) called Teleteria.

I've just had an experience with them where I signed up for a turnkey adult site, content feed and optional marketing plan. What I got in return was ABSOLUTE TRASH.

1. A piss poor web site layout that consisted of 9 tour pages, a confusing signup page and a multitude of banners that I couldn't replace (because owner of Teleteria kept putting them back on my site.

2. Content feed that has probably the worst quality videos I've ever seen.

3. We paid almost 900 dollars for a marketing plan that was never provided. After several e-mail and phone call attempts to get my money back, the owner of Teleteria told us that we'd never get our money back started screaming!

We've spent over 4000 dollars with this guy and his scam. We just pulled up stakes and proceeded to do the work ourselves, and get the site (that we redeveloped) elsewhere for 1/10 the price.

So for now.... Shame on me for being a fucking idiot and going along with Teleteria's scam. I just want to spread the word to anyone else that may be thinking of a fast/easy turnkey solution.

Stay away from these guys!!!!!

The site is no longer up, so there are no links to it. The only proof I have are the e-mails from the owner.

All turnkey offers are crap, you shouldn't be suprised. It's not really a scam, more of just a shitty deal. Everyone should stear clear of any turnkey offers.

Back in 99 when I first got into the adult market I spent $2500.00 for a very shitty turnkey design and 300 pics. I think the company is out of business now.

I don't own any adult sites now though.

Live and Learn I guess.

This is a huge learning experience for me and my partners. I've got my lawyer on him next week. He can keep the money for his shitty site design and piss poor broken link content feeds. But I want the money back for the marketing that I never recieved.

All I have to say is go to YNOT masters right now and on the front page you will find everything you need to know about Teleteria.com or Teleteria.net.

I am a victim of Teleteria. I had a site which was: http://www.eroticxxxpress.com in which I do have the design work still.

Jay promised so many things and did not come through with them. He lied more and more each day and you can read the emails that he sent about calling me a__hole and telling me to grow the f__k up when I never swore at him or called him a single name.

I Kevin Cooper am going to bring Jay Servidio out of business and will dedicate my life to do so. YOu can read my posts there and I will be posting new ones here as well.

Teleteria is horrible. He ruined my life and I will now dedicate my life to take him out of business.

My site was pulled from him not because I owed money because I did not owe money but because he felt like it. I had 2 active subscribers at the time he pulled my site.

Anyone have a bad experience email me, I have all emails from him with threats and all.

The bottom line is: That he (Teleteria) is misrepresenting his products, been deceitful with his double standard 100% money back guarantee which seems to only apply we he feels he wants it to and it sure looks like it doesnt exist and has horrible customer service.

I sold the site shortly after and started focusing on IT/Programming/Management solutions.

There was just one problem in my master plan to become a porn king...TRAFFIC.

I'm happy with what I do now.

I myself will never just move on without being sure I take some of his business and that is a promise.
I will be anywhere he is on the west coast as this is my turf and I will make it my mission to get the message out-thus no more big bucks for servidio/teleteria, besides I havent had a vacation in 6 years so I guess I will start.
Anyone know of shows he attends out west? Sure hope he comes to Phoenix.

It's that he is sitting back rubbing his hands together laughing. He thinks he is The Porn God.

He raves about how he has the most clients. My god, he doesn't treat them right so I can't believe that and if this was true he would form an alliance and have all of them post. All I see are a few on YNOT that post that he is probably paying for.

He makes people feel like a peon.

Well updated news. I have filed the necessary documents to Chase Manhatted at 2 p.m. today and they are going to go and retrieve my refund but....I won't stop. I want his business deterred and I will do this as much as possible without breaking the law.

So Jay, wake up buddy.....3k is coming out of your bank bro. YOu will have to find someone else to try and take their money like you do everyone else.

Your business is going to take a hit but you don't care, as you told me, "I can't wait for the press, I could use it"

You know what is even worse, we found out last night that we did not even own the domain names. Jay servidio told us that we own 100% of the site, this statement was on his web site when we signed on and I remember it being under FAQ/custom turn key sites and now I cannot find it anywhere, I thought I was going crazy untill tripple nipple told me she had seen it there and that was one of the reasons we went with teleteria and that he offered a money back guarantee if we were not satisfied, we thought how can we loose with this.
Note: His home page changed in the last 3 weeks and now FAQ page will not come up/ I thinks some changes are going on to protect himself, I may be wrong but things have been changed /maybe there just updating the site ha ha!

With all 3 sites registered in Teleteria's name then we have bought some artwork worth about $3000.00 maybe less, thats like buying a new home and when the big day comes and you enter there are no walls, toilets ,sinks ect. just an empty shell.

This Jay Servidio/Teleteria is a real peice of work.

people paid teleteria to build sites for them, then they just leave them there trying to figure out how to promote them.
they are processing for you in essence since you arent registered with ibill. and all the sites that popped were exactly the same shitty style and were all listed as teleteria.com with ibill.

It as if your paying them to build sites for themselves and they get to keep all the exits of your site which is almost 100% guranteed to never make a sale anyway and they get paid for it all.

Im sorry for all your losses, i think all you can do at this point is cough it up as a loss and get on with it.
Start reading and get some real designers buy some real content, that is all you can do without wasting way too much time on something that is most likely dead in the water.
These guys knew they were fucking you and prolly have 0 intention of reimburisng anyone that complains.

I have $2900.00 left and will be regrouping and starting over as we plan to be in the industry for along time and have a pretty good idea who will be designing our new site(s).

I have heard the same - for years people complain about them, but no one either remembers or does anything. I see them at the show, and people still fall for what they are doing.

I am just hoping that we get our money back , and do appreciate the leads, aswe are going to contact all authorties in hopes they will help with getting the money back and if people are doing the correct research then they will see reports and maybe move on.

It seems their name appears everywhere and it always seems to be negative.

Well we have learned a lesson and a hard one at that.

Has anyone considered contacting the Better Business Bureau? This is a US company with a brink and mortar presence. Someone might want to give the BBB a shout.

Someone mentioned the other day that emails were going unanswered and they couldn't get in touch. I just put in a request for someone to contact me and heard back within 10 minutes.

I wrote back with a link to this thread. Anyone think that we'll see a response?

I was just out on YNOT and there are new posts and Teleteria has really done it this time to the tune of 45,000 plus. and more lawsuits coming.
It is time to do something together about this company and it needs to be done soon!

NO ONE should do business with TELETERIA!!!!!!!!!!
