Don't act so surprised. Webmasters are sued all the time for having celebrity content. Celebrities hire legal firms to represent them and do it.
""APIC-WORLDWIDE": "Celebrity sites will soon be past tense as Webmasters learn of the legal ramifications of abusing the rights of others. The Internet has manifested many myths about what is and is not acceptable use. - APIC-WORLDWIDE"." http://www.celebritydesktop.com/models/cindy_margolis/
What does Apic have to do with anything? These are shots from movies they were in. The video people probably licensed the right to the vids from the film-makers. I don't see the problem?
"I try to make a habit of bouncing my eyes up to the face of a beautiful woman, and often repeat “not mine” in my head or even verbally. She’s not mine. God has her set aside. She’s not mine. She’s His little girl, and she needs me to fight for her by keeping my eyes where they should be."
I've been seein' commercials for them vids for a LONG ass time now...plus, like mentioned above, Mr. Skin's been doin' it forever now & is VERYT public about it.
The initial question wasn't whether or not it was legal or accepted but whether you think we'll hear about them in a lawsuit later. You don't have to be guilty of something, to be sued. Launch your own celebrity sites, and watch the legal threats start piling in.
