Its simple, every time you do it it changed the sumbols around, and they are so strategically placed whatever number you choose will turn up the same.Comment

the result is always a number multiple of 9 between 9 and 81. and these numbers always have the same symbol at the beginning so there is always one solution, it doesnt predict anything.
