The biggest adult program is probably CE or ARS, maybe TCG although the recent pathetic display of sig whoring indicates that they are desperate for newbie affiliates. Of coarse the biggest affiliate program in the world in terms of dollars paid out is referback.com by a landslide, but it's not adult.
