Starting up a porn website?

This is probably a stupid question but I want to start up an adut website and would like ot talk to someone with experience in regards to what I am exactly looking at besides having a unique idea and posting the website. More specifically I guess, what am I looking at for costs to start? And can soemone point me in the right direction regarding legalities.....(I live in Canada)...Do I...or should I consult a lawyer reagrding the legalities? Do I need to have girls sign waivers in order to post their ideas? How do I contact a billing company that will bill my clients?
I know this is probably a very basic question but I have no solid direction on where to go? Thanks for all your help.
