I keep telling you we should do a group action against microsoft. It will throw them into the game. We will lose but it will be awake up call for them on this. They think they will... but they don't want to go after the big guys yet out of fear of possibly losing, which would ruin their chances at the smaller guys.. so they go for the smaller ones first, who would rather pay their bullshit than all of the court cost that would be involved..
